For churches and ministries running discipleship classes
Your people aren't taking a course. They're walking a journey together.
TareForm handles the paperwork around that journey — sign-ups, groups, attendance, quizzes and finishing — so your team can stay with people.
Does this sound like your church today?
- 01Sign-ups arrive through an online form.
- 02Notes live in a shared folder or PDF.
- 03Class happens on a video meeting link.
- 04Reminders go out across WhatsApp groups.
- 05Attendance is kept on a spreadsheet tab.
It works, because faithful people hold it together every week. TareForm gives them one place to do it.
What we believe
Automate the paperwork. Keep discipleship personal.
Ministry is about people. Paperwork is not. Let software take the roll call and mark the multiple-choice quizzes.
From scattered to one place
One journey instead of five tools.
Everything your team already uses, brought into one place, from the first sign-up to the last class.
Starting together
People begin together.
People sign up on your church’s own page. Your leaders approve them and place them in the group that will walk together.
- No copying sign-up details into separate lists.
- Once approved, people can open their lessons, classes and quizzes.
- Each group begins, learns and finishes together.
Live classes
Meet live, and know who was there.
Teach live inside TareForm. Attendance is taken as people join. When you record, people who missed it can catch up.
- Attendance is taken as people join — no roll call afterwards.
- A recorded class stays with that group to rewatch.
- Leaders stay with the teaching and the people in the room.
Finishing
Everyone knows what comes next.
Each person sees what is ready for them, on their phone. Your team marks who has finished.
An honest word
Not every church needs this.
TareForm is for classes where people start, learn and finish together. If that isn’t you, a simpler tool will serve you better, and we’ll tell you so.
