For Bible schools · Bible colleges · ministry schools

Your curriculum isn't the problem. Running the school is.

Applications, classes, attendance, marking and grades in one place. Then the next year starts cleanly.

You will recognise your school in this.

  1. 01Students apply, and someone decides who starts.
  2. 02Each class works through the same modules together.
  3. 03Teachers teach live, and someone takes attendance.
  4. 04Written work is read, marked and returned with care.
  5. 05There is a day a student has finished.

If that is how your school runs, TareForm was built for it. If your teaching is entirely self-paced, it probably was not, and we would rather say so now.

What stays yours

You already built the valuable part.

Your theology, teaching, notes and teachers stay yours. TareForm runs everything around them.

Applications

Every new class, the same clean start.

Students apply on your school’s own page. Your team reviews each one and places them in the right class.

  • Students can’t open lessons, classes or quizzes until you approve them.
  • Each class has its own students, lessons, live classes and quizzes.
  • Start one class a year or several. It works the same way.

Your teaching notes

Your words, exactly as written.

Bring the modules you already teach. TareForm splits them into lessons and keeps every word as you wrote it. Nothing reaches students until you publish.

  • Import from Word documents or pasted text.
  • No AI rewriting of your teaching.
  • Preview as a student, then publish when ready.

Live classes

Teach live, and keep the record.

Each class meets inside TareForm. Attendance is taken as students join. You choose when to record, so students can revisit the class.

  • You choose when to record.
  • Everyone is told when recording starts.
  • Present, late, absent or excused — your team can check and correct any record.

Quizzes and marking

Quizzes mark themselves. A person marks what matters.

Multiple-choice and true-or-false questions are marked automatically. A teacher reads written answers and adds marks and feedback. Students see grades only when you share them.

  • Saving marks never shares them. You decide when students see a grade.
  • Marking guides stay with staff and are never shown to students.
  • Grades stay on each class’s record.

The Dodeka Framework

Why TareForm is built this way.

We believe people grow in faith by learning, meeting, practising and growing together over time. Six stages, from the first invitation to helping others grow.

Questions

Questions Bible schools ask.

Can we run an online Bible school?

Yes. Teach live classes inside TareForm, with attendance taken as students join, and record classes so students can revisit them. Students read lessons and take quizzes on any phone or computer.

Does it work for a Bible college or ministry school?

Yes, if your students start together and move through the same modules. Applications, classes, teaching notes, marking and grades work the same way for a college as for a church Bible school.

Can we start next year without setting everything up again?

Yes. Start a new class and copy the lessons from the last one, then change only what is new.

Will TareForm change our teaching?

No. Your notes are imported word for word, there is no AI rewriting of your teaching, and nothing reaches students until you publish it.

Does TareForm collect student fees?

Not today. TareForm does not take payments, so most schools keep their current way of collecting fees.
